Today, due to some condition, I completely ruled the kitchen. And tell you what, baking is much much much easier than cooking. There were so many details in cooking. And you have to watch what you cook every minute, I think. But in baking, you just throw everything into a bowl, mix it up, then pour it to you baking tray and off to the oven. Just check it every 10 minutes, if you really need to, or just let it bake until your timer clink. Simple as that.
So, beside prepared main dish, I just can’t resist my self from bake something. Luckily, found super simple recipe. Fried mashed banana. But I don’t have time to fry it, and decided to bake them.
What you need:
500 gr ripe banana
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp butter
50 gr grated cheddar
pinch of salt
How to make:
mashed banana and put all remaining ingredients. Give it a good stir until all combine. Prepare 8″ (20 cm) round baking tray and covered its surface with butter. Then pour all the batter.
Set your oven on 180°C and bake for 25-30 minutes.
